Saigon to Nha Trang Day five

At least one of us woke up poorly after the big night out. Off to Andrew for coffee then the others went food shopping with Bino. I stayed close to my bed. Bino made 5 dishes, Morning Glory, Tofu, Pork Omelette, Salmon and Soup all served with rice. All started by heating a pan, then adding oil and garlic. Sugar, salt and sauces are added until the chef is happy. We ate in the traditional manner – on the floor.

After washing up, it was time to pack and head to the airport. We got to Nha Trang where a car was waiting. The driver made many, many loud phone calls and got in a fair bit of texting in between.

Checked in to the Havana, a very large hotel favoured by Chinese and Russians. Early night.
